Introducing The Roman Fly!

As a teen and young adult, I couldn’t get enough of the sharp-witted, over-the-top humor in The Onion. I loved their incisive, hilarious angles on current events that you just couldn’t find anywhere else.

But I’ve noticed their content just doesn’t hit like it used to.

And, as a Catholic, some of their content just never sat right with me.

So I decided to start my own publication.

The Roman Fly takes the best of the tradition of satirical publications and puts a Catholic spin on it. Our goal is to provide a little levity, a lot of laughter, and maybe even a bit of insight along the way.
